Bill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/CFF, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He serves on the board for Legal Prep Charter Schools and is an adjunct professor at DePaul University in Chicago.
With over 14 years underwriting and broking cyber risk, Jacqueline Spencer-Sim brings a wealth of knowledge to the cyber table. She is a highly-active speaker and, over the past year, has spoken on podcasts, at virtual conferences, and published articles around good information governance and cyber security in the age of Covid-19. She is currently an advisory board member for two cyber entities. She has contributed and advised on research projects for various universities, been nominated for various industry awards and represented Lloyd’s at roundtables to discuss cyber issues.
Jacqueline joined Hamilton Insurance Group in June 2019 to create the Cyber Division. She has quickly grown the business to a five person-strong team. Hamilton now writes cyber business in over 55 countries.
Chris has been working within the insurance market for almost 20 years, where he has a reputation of growing and developing business. His current focus is on supporting the development of personal and commercial cyber programs, specializing in developing propositions with organizations that have limited or no knowledge in the sector. At CyberScout, Chris leads the charge in developing and enabling London Market partnerships.
John Loyal is a partner and co-chair of the firm's Cybersecurity, Information Privacy and Data Security team and focuses his practice primarily on cyber and privacy matters.
Over the last several years, there has been an exponential rise in cyber-related incidents. John specializes in coordinating the breach response for his clients by working closely with companies to help identify the nature and scope of the incident and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. He works with his clients to provide regulatory correspondence and handle any resulting litigation.
John is admitted to practice in New York as well as the U.S District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his J.D. from New York Law School, graduating magna cum laude.
