Webinar Details
To kick off Cyber Awareness Month, we’re hosting a special webinar for SAFER members featuring speakers from the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and Firestorm Global to discuss cyber awareness in 2024.
Establishing a vibrant culture of cyber awareness has never been more important than today, especially in public education. Human error contributed to 68% of data breaches last year (Verizon DBIR, 2024), as many cyber attackers hone in on human psychology over technical vulnerability. However, prevention is possible and this webinar will provide approachable methods to cyber resilience focusing on this key point: The most powerful firewall in the world is you.
In this webinar, officials from CISA and Firestorm Global will discuss some of the following topics:
- Cyber Awareness Best Practices in 2024
- Modern Social Engineering Tactics and Prevention
- Current State of AI (incl. Deepfakes) and How to Prepare
- Communicating Human Firewall Message to Staff
- Q&A
